01

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to I&O, Inc. ("I&O," "we," "us," or "our") and the iando.ai website, products, forms, phone services, text messaging programs, support channels, and related services that link to this policy.

When a customer uses I&O to communicate with its own callers or contacts, that customer controls its business records and communication instructions. We process that information to provide the service under the customer's direction.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, call-volume and coverage needs, account details, communication preferences, support messages, billing details, and other information you choose to provide.

Service and communication data

When our services are used, we may process call or message metadata, recordings or transcripts where permitted, routing instructions, appointment details, summaries, account activity, usage records, and consent or opt-out records.

Website and device data

We use essential browser storage and similar technology to operate and secure the site, remember privacy choices, preserve requested form or campaign context, and provide features you ask us to use. These required functions remain available when you choose Required only.

Optional cookies and similar technology

If you choose Allow optional cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, the Meta Pixel, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, and RB2B may process browser, device, IP address, referral, page-view, campaign, and interaction data. We use these tools to measure performance, understand marketing, improve the site, and identify companies or business professionals that may be interested in I&O.

If you choose Required only, these optional tags do not load. You can change your choice at any time through the site's Cookie choices control. Changing from Allow optional cookies to Required only reloads the page so optional tags stop running for that visit.

On eligible marketing pages, the Meta Pixel may send Meta page-view, browser, device, IP address, referral, and campaign data so we can measure advertising and create website-visitor audiences, but only after you allow optional cookies. We do not send form contents, call recordings, text-message opt-in data, or consent records through the Meta Pixel. Meta processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.

On eligible marketing pages, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel may send OpenAI page-view, browser, device, IP address, referral, campaign, and diagnostic engagement-event data so we can measure and improve advertising shown through OpenAI services, but only after you allow optional cookies. We do not send form contents, call recordings, calendar booking details, text-message opt-in data, consent records, or customer identifiers through this pixel.

Optional business visitor identification

When optional cookies are allowed, RB2B may use cookies and similar technologies to associate a visit with a company or business professional. Our intended Free-plan use is company-level identification. We do not use RB2B to receive or share text-message opt-in data or consent records. RB2B processes information under its own privacy terms, and you may also use RB2B's direct opt-out.

03

How we use information

We use information to provide and support I&O services; configure call and message workflows; respond to requests; schedule meetings; authenticate and secure accounts; process payments; diagnose issues; improve product performance; measure marketing; comply with law; enforce agreements; and send communications permitted by your choices and applicable requirements.

A cookie choice is not consent to receive automated marketing calls or texts. A site visit, general form submission, purchase, or acceptance of general terms is not consent either. Where offered, I&O uses separate channel-specific affirmative phone-contact actions tied to the exact number and the disclosure shown with each action.

04

Text messaging and automated call choices

Submitting contact information, accepting general terms, choosing cookies, or continuing to browse does not enroll you in optional phone marketing. Where offered, separate SMS and AI-call affirmative buttons are presented beside their channel-specific disclosures. Each confirms the exact phone number, identifies I&O as the seller, and sits near a clear path to continue without direct marketing. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Each affirmative action creates its own versioned channel receipt. Marketing communications may include requested follow-up, offers, promotions, or product and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of texts, ask during a call to opt out, or contact us at admin@iando.ai to revoke consent at any time.

Mobile information and consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

05

When information may be shared

We may share information with vendors and subcontractors that help us provide hosting, communications, customer service, analytics, security, billing, and other support services. They may use information only to perform services for us and must protect it.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or consent.

06

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You can unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message, change communication choices by contacting us, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

You can choose Required only or Allow optional cookies and revisit that choice through the site's Cookie choices control. You can also limit cookies and pixels through your browser settings, manage how Meta uses information through your Meta ad preferences, use the privacy and advertising controls OpenAI provides, and use RB2B's direct opt-out. Blocking optional technologies may reduce measurement but does not prevent you from using the website.

Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

08

Children's privacy

I&O services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.

09

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
